** If you choose USPS Int’l First Class, it is at your own risk. USPS First Class International may take up to eight weeks to arrive and is not traceable. About two percent of these packages get lost, while the other 98% arrive just fine. We can not take responsibility for packages lost in the mail using this shipping method. Please consider USPS Priority International Mail, it is traceable and can be insured.

Due to the exclusive nature of our products we cannot always be one hundred percent sure of the customs laws of your country, nor whether your customs will find delivery acceptable. You as the customer are responsible to check your local and national laws before placing your order with EthersGarden.

Returns and Refunds
NO refunds on any items outside of 30 days. Please make note that certain products are not returnable. Please read and research accordingly, before making your purchase.
Refunds are accepted if product is received in the original packaging in acceptable condition.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.** We do not provide return labels.
